What is the JM Hospitality Loyalty Program?
The JM Hospitality Loyalty program rewards our guests with points for their purchases. *Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent. When you reach 250 points, your points will be deducted and a $25 food and beverage credit will be added to your account for use on your next visit.
*Points are not earned on any special events booked at our locations. (i.e. Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Group Business Luncheons/Dinners, etc., booked with our events department)
How do I join?
Ask your server or bartender for a Loyalty Program Enrollment Form at any 310 Restaurants or blu on the avenue location. Simply fill out a short registration form with your name, valid email address, phone number and date of birth (must be at least 18 years of age to enroll).
Is there a cost to sign up?
No. Membership is absolutely free.
When can I spend my rewards?
Rewards are available for use on your next visit.
Can my reward points be used for any purchase?
Rewards can be used for any dine-in or take-out purchase at participating 310 Restaurants or blu on the avenue locations.
How can I check my point balance?
Your point balance can be printed after each visit. You may check your point balance at any 310 Restaurant location or blu on the avenue.
Do I get points for purchasing gift cards?
While you don’t get points for buying a gift card, you do get points when paying with a gift card.
Do my points ever expire?
Yes. JM Hospitality Loyalty accounts that have no restaurant purchases for 365 consecutive days are deemed inactive and will have all points forfeited.
