310 Restaurants Loyalty Program FAQs

What is the 310 Loyalty Program?

The 310 Restaurants Group and blu on the avenue Loyalty program that rewards our guests with points for their purchases. *Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent. When you reach 250 points, your points will be deducted and a $25 food and beverage credit will be added to your card for use on your next visit.

*Points are not earned on any special events booked at our locations. (i.e. Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Group Business Luncheons/Dinners, etc., booked with our events department)

How do I join?

Ask your server or bartender for a Loyalty card at any 310 Restaurants or blu on the avenue location. Simply fill out a short registration form with your name, valid email address, phone number, main restaurant visited and date of birth (must be at least 18 years of age to enroll), or visit us at 310Restaurant.com and fill the form out online and we will mail your card within a few days.

Is there a cost to sign up?

No. Membership is absolutely free. Plus you will receive 25 free points as a welcome gift when you sign up at any 310 Central Florida location or blu on the avenue.

What if I don’t have internet or email access?

Email correspondence announcing our specials and offers that reward your loyalty is the driving force of our program. We suggest utilizing your local library or using your friend or family’s email address (with permission, of course) so that your card can be activated and we can communicate our promotions. As long as the card has been registered online, you will still accumulate points and earn food and beverage credits but you may miss out on many exciting reward opportunities.

What if I don’t have my card with me at the time of purchase?

We are able to look up and credit your account using the phone number and name associated with the account. In order to redeem rewards, the actual card must be presented. If you think there is a discrepancy or points need to be added after your visit, a copy of your receipt, name, 310 Restaurants Loyalty number, email address and phone number must be submitted by email to bobcarter@310parksouth.net

What if my card is lost or stolen?

No worries. We will cancel the lost or stolen card and transfer your earned points and any active dollar amounts to a replacement card. Replacement cards can be retrieved from any one of our restaurants. Once you have a replacement card, please visit 310Restaurant.com and complete an inquiry on our Contact Page for your points to be combined. But remember, replacement cards will not include the 25 point activation bonus.

When can I spend my rewards?

Rewards are available for use on your next visit.

Can my reward points be used for any purchase?

Rewards can be used for any dine-in or take-out purchase at participating 310 Restaurants or blu on the avenue locations (where prohibited by law, rewards can not be used to purchase alcoholic beverages).

How can I check my point balance?

Your point balance can be printed at after each visit. You may also present your card at any 310 Restaurant location or blu on the avenue for your point balance.

Do I get points for purchasing gift cards?

While you don’t get points for buying a gift card, you do get points when paying with a gift card.

Does my card ever expire?

No. The 310 Restaurants Loyalty card does not expire.

Do my points ever expire?

Yes. 310 Restaurants Loyalty accounts that have no restaurant purchases for 365 consecutive days are deemed inactive and will have all points forfeited.

Do my rewards ever expire?

Yes. 310 Restaurants Loyalty rewards expire 365 days after issuance if unused.
