Ice, Ice Baby. Some people flaunt their bling, I just flaunt where I’ve been or dined. 310 Lakeside has quite the drink menu. The Blue Ice Martini – Three olive raspberry vodka with island blue schnapps and sour mix – was a cool treat and jumped out at me. It prevailed over the Ginger mule which has ginger beer and Canton Domaine Ginger Liqueur. I must say the smoked salmon crisp, Little Havana Flatbread made with pulled pork, smashed avocado drizzled with aioli sauce, crumpled plantain chips and garnished w cilantro was spicy good. The angus cheeseburger on brioche was juicy and not too over or under done. The view of the amphitheater on the tree lined side of Lake Eola made the trip through downtown traffic worthwhile.
